I had a wild night last night. Don’t know why. Guess it may have been filling out the forms I take to the doctor on the 31st. I must have been sort of awake but not enough to know what I was thinking. I dreamed that my brother, Wesley was laying on top of the covers beside me. He has been dead for many years. I finally woke up enough to know it was Joe. That was about 1:30 and he was getting up to let spunky out. I finally got up about 3:00 and sat in my recliner. May have dozed off and on. Hope that is not a omen, that I might die, while I am getting my hip done. If this Doctor will do it and I am sure he will. Ron said he will be a bit cautious because of the A-fib. I asked Ron if he knew how Dr. Heiser became crippled. He said one of the doctors told him he and his family were on vacation and he and his brother both are very athletic, and I guess he dove into some unfamiliar water in the area they were in and it was to shallow. Broke his neck and spinal column. I looked out this morning about 4:00 and my grandson had scooped our walks before going to work. That just makes me feel so proud of my daughters 2 boys, MEN, but they will always be boys to me.. I don’t think the streets or highway 2 are going to be to bad as far as being slick. Joe is getting more apprehensive about driving when it is slick and he goes to the doctor today. I am not sure why. Maybe because he doesn’t see as well and is older and that is so far out to the Heart Institute. That is why I didn’t want to transfer out there. I am sure all will be fine. He knows his battery to his pacemaker should last about 2 or 3 more years. That will be good. It is not cheap but insurance pays pretty well. I should hear something from my insurance today. I better get Joe up.
Good morning Lucy, So sorry that you had a wild night last night. (You are funny Lucy and I love you to pieces...lol).
ReplyDeleteHope you can get rest today and have a good night tonight.
Hoping to hear good news about Joe's doctor visit.
I think we are supposed to have mid sixties weather today. It is rainy too.
Oh yes, you have good grandsons. Yes you do!
Keep that stuff to yourself. I could not sleep last night. I am not saying itis your fault, I'm just blaming you!!!! hahahahaha
ReplyDeleteHope your day is restful, I think I am about ready to go back to bed!!!
The best to you and stay warm. And forget the Omen, it was somethihng you ate or didn't eat! LOL
It is miserable to have those nights when you are tired but can't go to sleep. Hope Joe comes out good and has a safe trip there and home again.
ReplyDeleteLucy, I am so excited...I have lemon blooms. I posted about it.
ReplyDeleteI don't think that dream is any kind of sign other than your brother was probably in your sub-conscious thoughts. I'll be praying for your hip surgery and I'm sure everthing will go GREAT. We've been getting some much needed rain here in sunny CA. It's officially my last Monday off so I'm taking full advantage of doing nothing!lol!
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful Monday my friend!
trust in the Lord and you will be fine.
ReplyDeletebe reasured, that indeed 'all will be fine'.
ReplyDeletea kind tuesday for you all.
Lucy, I went to look at my blog post and did not see anything except the picture. Then the short story popped up. So I don't know if you saw my post or not. Has blogger gone crazy or something? lol
ReplyDeleteI left you a short reply...that I really don't know what to expect from the blossoms either. Yes, it is interesting, if nothing else..lol.
I hope Joe got a good report. I have them kind of night when all I do is have bad dreams some are way out, lol. I’m sure you're going to do great with your surgery I don't think the age thing matters much anymore we have some great doctors and the man up above looking out for us. Take care and stay warm. Jean
ReplyDeleteHope you get to catch up on your sleep tonight, since you were up late. I don't think the dream is a death omen. Just your brother saying hello. Diving accidents cause terrible trauma. Such a shame. The doctor has risen above it. hope all went well with Joe today. Take care.
ReplyDeleteHi Lucy, things will work out fine. The good doctor and God will see to that.My best wishes.
ReplyDeleteGood Morning, Lucy! I haven't been able to comment to you for a couple days so I hope this works. Hope all is well, and that you and Joe are having a warm up like we are here.
