I have never been so willing to smash my PC as now

Sandie, I have a windows 7 and 8 is available on it but all it has ever done is create problems such as this morning, sorry, afternoon. I am ready to pitch it out the window.  Outlook is a real pain.  My main e-mail has been  Lucillehorky@live.com.  Now I can not get a password for either outlook or live.  I keep getting to a microsoft page telling me how to get around this computer I have had for at least 5 years.  If you are reading this, and this is to anyone,I am sure you can see steam coming off the screen.  When they take me to this page it shows windows 8.  I leave the area completely.  For a new password for my 'live' account it sens me to gmail to get a reset link.  Then gmail whites out, and crashes.  I DO NOT WANT 8. Why don't they understand that.   I have not downloaded 8 because the last time I looked I would pay for that piece of junk. Sorry Paula, yours is probably fine but my pc does not want it, cause I said so.  Going to gt off.

Okay I saw steam - you're hot!

No one likes 8.

Did you know there is a new computer coming out in late October with an updated version of 8 - to make it like 7?

Is yours a new computer? I am trying to hold off til then.

Yes it is very frustrating. I've learned a lot but have lots to go. The trouble with me is I can't remember how I did something after I did it. I found my old pictures once and now I can't find them for anything. Now at the same time I'm trying to learn to use a digital camera I've had for several years. Good luck 'cause you know more then any of us.

Lucy my older computer had windows XP and I wish I had it back. It's hard for me to get use to these new gadgets. Lol. I'm really not on the computer much, but when I am I like to find what I'm looking for. Take care. Jean

Yeah, I could feel you fuming while reading this. And I get that feeling. I once smashed my PC out of frustration. Needless to say, it didn’t do any good but only got me more frustrated. I hope you had yours fixed. If not, I suggest you have it reformatted and stick to the old Windows you’re comfortable with. Cordia Remsen @ RB’s Computer Service
