Just a quick line for now

Got a date for surgery.  May 12,  I have to be there  at 6:00 AM.  When Joe heard that it just about  made him consider sending me out in a cab.  He thinks when you are retired it is inhuman to try to get anyone anywhere at that hour except in their own bed.  My kids will be there.  I will more than likely come home that night or the next morning.  I am concerned about Joe finding his way around, but the kids know that he is not himself at this time.  I managed to tell them but now I think they think he is worse than he is.   It is hard for me to.    They are pretty good and normal at times, Joe, I am talking about but I feel like he is going into the problem of ups and downs in his daily life.  I get lost in the hospitals and forget the parking garage.  A year or more ago he would have just waded right in there.  Shirl, how in the world did you wind up on Facebook?  Glad to see you but I apologize for some of my grandkids using foul language. They are not the only ones but at least the other ones, I don’t know.Must go for now.

AGAIN, MY FRIEND JOE IS RIGHT, 0600 is no time for humans over 65 to be up and around, Even old roosters don't crow until 9:30! hahahaha

Glad you have a surgery date. That will make life much more bearable.

I am glad you have a date for the
surgery..Hope it helps and puts you back on the road to good health.

I have been on face book for a long time just don't do any activity. I clicked my cousins Facebook the other day because he had commented. I very seldom go there. I don't really understand everything about Facebook. I go to read Jack's.

I know you will be glad when the surgery is over and done. I think hospitals are confusing to every one. I hope you have a great week! Take care, Sheila
